A native to Northwest Arkansas, John began collecting cameras as a child and has a collection well over a thousand cameras. With a degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas, John has strong knowledge in digital photography and editing, but it is the history of photography and a unique sense of creativity that fascinates him and drives many of his projects.
John is a member of several professional photographic organizations including PPA (Professional Photographer of America), UPAA (University Photographers Association of America, NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals), and is the current Facility Manager and Web Master of the Photographic Society of Northwest Arkansas.
With nearly twenty years of professional experience, John began working with photography studios in college. He quickly excelled and has managed two different studios, before accepting his current position as a communications director and photographer. JB Photography is a freelance business in addition to Johns primary carreer.
